Caddy Mk2 Tdi 145bhp, loads of mods, spares/repairs bargain

Have owned this for about 12 years and it's been a great work van. I've got a Mk3 now so it's been sat for almost 2 years so time to let it go....

    Mods include :
    Chipped / socketed ECU
    Firad .205 injector nozzles
    Front mount intercooler
    Full stainless exhaust (professionally made)
G60 front brakes (280mm). These have been fully rebuilt with new pistons and seals
Rear disc conversion using Mk4 calipers and Passat handbrake cables / modified handbrake lever
    23mm Focus brake master cylinder
    Front coilovers
Rear shocks are Spax yellow on-car adjustables (expensive)
Flipped rear axle. Was redrilled to take disc brake stubs by an engineering shop and offset to keep wheels in centre of arch
    Audi TT rear wishbone bushes
Mk3 Gti seats in excellent unripped condition
Ibiza black dash / console / plastics / carpet
    Mk4 Gti leather steering wheel
    Electric windows
    Electric mirrors
    Central locking
Meta alarm operating central locking (front doors delocked)
16" Ibiza Cupra (Star) alloys with practically new 195 45 16 tyres

Engine is a low mileage ALH replacement from a Bora - now done circa 100k if that (have receipt for it with details but need to find it). Van itself is on 190k

Practically everything has been replaced mechanically on this van over the years I've had it. Only top quality bits used. Turbo reconditioned, new MAF, new radiator and boring stuff like switches and sensors. Wheel bearings, discs, etc, all very low miles

Runs excellent. Has always been totally reliable and great fun. Doesn't use water, doesn't smoke or drop oil. Excellent engine

Various knocks, scabs and bumps due to being a work van. Genuine rat look (LOL)

Spares / repairs due to :
Rust ! Holes in floor, scabby sill ends, slightly crusty rear arches
Needs a clutch slave cylinder. Pedal is right on floor. Pumps up a bit but sticks in gear and won't engage after a minute. Can't be driven due to this - needs trailering

    SORN. No MOT obviously

Have a mountain of receipts, 2 keys, owners wallet, etc, etc

    Bargain at £300.

A weekend's work would have this MOT worthy or would be perfect donor vehicle. Could get half the cost back when scrapped....

PM me for more info. More pics available

    Cheers !

    Mark
