    Thumbs up Custom Drop Plates

    Howdy all!

I'm looking to lower my van on drop plates at the rear, purely for ease and ability to quickly revert to a stock height. I regularly carry heavy loads (400kg+) and would like to keep the stock suspension travel.

I've been doing a bunch of reading up on flipping the axle and drop plates; and have decided to machine some custom plates.

My question is, does anyone have any cad drawings of the stub? I'd prefer to get all my hardware and parts sorted first, rather than taking the stub off the van.

I was also contemplating making the plate go from the 6 bolt standard fitment to a 4 bolt, allowing fitment of a newer MK4 style stub axle. Are there any benefits in this?

I'm looking for about 60-70mm of drop.

Thanks all. Look forward to your replies

Managed to get an OE drawing for the 6 bolt stub from the QC team at work.

Will be sharing cad drawings of what I work on here once completed
