We should have a tube notch off lol, you’d be quite surprised how well I’ve got on.

Planning?! Who are u talking to. I plan to make the most of opportunities as they come to me!

Arms yes, rubber cones no. I keep thinking about making suspension arms, and I will no doubt try and waste some material at some stage, but currently I'm keeping the arms.

Why would I be surprised? Your build has proven you are a talented chap, and years of spanking the monkey will give you great attention to detail!

Have you tried your rage on stainless pipe - they claim it'll cut metal, not sure how it'll deal with stainless?

I have made that £30 mistake twice now.

Maybe that's unfair but I'm sure thats what fucked my first blade, and the second feels less sharp after I tried using it to chop some stainless exhaust last week.

There is a stainless disc on their website. The saw I think is getting gradually duller with mild, I didn't use it to cut the 25 bar, but everything else I have cut I have used metal lube

Where does the chain attach, does it bolt to the flange with holes?

Re reverse, all planned out but as I don't HAVE to have one, I might not bother, depending how annoying it is

Lol, you best get in shape then and trim that gut down. As physically moving that thing out of a tight spot will make you sweat.

It's not to bad. Well it doesn't go so reverse is the last of my worries

Need to loose some anyway, must be a stone heavier than when I made it, and it's a tight fit

I assume you could maybe use a starter motor as a reverse?

How's the drive going to be configured? Is it coming off that sprocket at a jaunty angle? Would the engine not sit lower?

Tis an argument I have been having raging in my brain.

It would sit max 45mm lower, but then I need a custom manifold, not designed by someone who knows what they are doing...ie not Yamaha.

While I could bodge one up, I'm instead going to regret making the drive at a jaunty angle so I can revise it at a later date
