    Audi TT seats in mk1

Just bought a pair of Mk1 Audi TT seats from eBay for my Mk1 Caddy. Not picked them up yet so not looked at them. Has anyone else done this swap? Is it easy enough for a newbie to tackle?
Done loads of googling and found nothing so any info much appreciated. Cheers

I fitted some in mine and it was a bit of a pig to be honest.

I ended up making new frames from some old seat frames I had that bolted to the seat and mounted to where the original runners run on the caddy.

Sold the seats and no pics I'm afraid.

I brought some seat frame of a chap on face book, Chris charles earl for my recaros. I've since bolted some tt seats straight to them on tt runners A bit of die grinding in the right places and your set, your seats are 41 cm width 39.5 length hole centre to hole center. Message me your number and I'll send you some what's app pictures. Hope this helps

I’m in exactly the same position as you, interested to see where this is going. I was considering cutting out the original golf front mount and making new brackets the same angle S the Audi ones...

    Keep us posted!

It can be done but the seat is a little higher and I’m quite tall so could do with the space!
