It's got an OD of 8MM and fits snugly in the plastic clips along the bottom of the chassis, so presumably if I need to change the line I need new clips or hard line instead?

I would guess up to about 70C? I really don't know, but it must be reasonably hot if there's a cooler right?

    Cheers Al!

If I cut the plastic pipe to install the fuel cooler am I going to be able to flare it so it doesn't pop off?

IGNORE, obviously return is low pressure, shouldn't need to flare it. Just need to make sure the supply side is flared
