    I did all those things - except i took the heat gun out after i melted it !

    I think it was hard work for a tired old freelander - killed my jump pack in about 15 turns to start with.


    Any suggestions on a battery spec? its got space for 2 - will one 700-800ah one do or should i double then and wire in parallel?

    As previously discussed I think it had 2 6-volters once, guess I should check the dynamo's output as if that's 6v that's hardly useful

    Im sticking with grey, only because I bought that cab and dont think it would look as cool in yellow. Shame really because the tractor police would have a spac attack at a non original colour. I thought they were going to run me out of town when they spotted it had a vw alternator instead of a dynamo
    That's not gonna happen though, coz your a prick! And I'll stay here just to annoy the fuck out of you.
