Went into the garage for the first time in ages to find the caddy, despite not moving, has a nice puncture. Anticipation of requiring new tyres, I found myself looking at nobblies last week

Proper wheel alignment done at last, 2nd time lucky after my local place left bolts loose on the strut, meaning i chewed a tyre up.

Got a standard exhaust system fitted, so i sound a little less Halfords
    Removed this

Dave, I need all my front wheels setting up. Where would I take it to? Gay question I know.

Got the passenger rear arch welded by a so called professional a while back (Not Al), wasn't completely happy with it and was going to have it redone, but was advised to stop being a fanny and just get on with it

    Started like this, repair done

Ground it back the best i could and got the filler work done, primed

Painted, flatted, polished..... will redo at some point as I'm not happy with it

Yep still got it, its the daily at the moment so no major plans just yet, bit of interior tidying maybe, new seats and steering wheel.
Will finish off the bits of paint in the next month before the temps drop even more
    But thats about it

    Exclamation

    Bit of an update

Got the lower side repainted and all the trims refitted

    IMG_8025.jpg

Got some sort of stereo in it, cabrio door pods, gti handles, new window winders from Al

Also had a clutch failure, so that had to be done, along with various seals
Sump gasket was changed as it was pissing oil out, so it was serviced at the same time.

Just got the tailgate repainted, so I can get that back on in the next few days, once I've painted the handle
