    C-Bomb

After a summer of mk1 caddy madness, it would have been rude not to get involved again, in preparation for next years show

So i spotted this on ebay.

Luckily, it was in the same town as Budda, so he kindly popped around to check it out for me.
The feedback was good and was an ideal base for a project, because its not been fucked around with yet

Al drove me up to collect the beast. Cheers mate.
And it attended its first caddy meet

Had a night on the piss with Budda, Paul and the boss man, and then plodded on home the following morning, all 85 miles of it.
Even made it up to 90mph, which was a shock being as its only got a 1.6d

    Started the clean up

Was better just for a quick wash, but hit it with some tar and glue remover to get rid of the factory wax oil

Tidy up the interior, get new seats, fit slider etc
    Lower it
    Replace wheels
    Drive it
    Sort brakes
    Remove rear bumpers and flaps
And attack the paintwork to make it red again

I've always had bad luck with red vehicles and would avoid owning one, but it seems a shame to loose the originality of this one.

good looking truck, wish mine looked like that... I might be interested in the flaps/spats if they all come off in one piece and it stops them going in the bin !

Cheers mate, the bed and tailgate and amazing considering its age, could of little rust scaps to sort out, but shouldn't need welding

Will sort out a sound system as i go

My rear slider is waiting for me with the boss man, until he sells it again
