    Fire extinguisher installed

Got the sender wires run down the chassis and into the cab for the gauges
Got the switch live / earth for the gauges all sorted.
Gauges are now in and reporting back correct temps / pressures

    Got the heater working.
Heater levers installed along with new pipes

Used rear cushions in 90's inspired theme i guess, will do for now. I might not even dye them. Am missing the two smaller cushions. Hence the blue infills

Finally made the front door cards.
After having issue getting hold of the panels, it took nearly a month to get my money back from SJH joinery, who have now stopped trading

    C.A.D in full flow

Fabric provided by J&S. I started making the shapes to glue to the panel

    New handles / catches

I think that extinguisher will need to come back out so you can sort that massive run in the paint next to it.

What happened to this? Do you still have it Blenki? I'm thinking of buying a splitscreen myself. Is yours a German built one?

    Had to sell it unfortunately

And yes, was a german build RHD, with original Canterbury Pitt conversion from new

Getting harder and harder to find a decent RHD one now, unless you want to spend 30k
South African RHD's are a cheaper option

Are the brazillian built lhd ones any good or best avoided? I'm looking to spend no more than 20k on one so should get a really tidy brazillian one for that or a German one that needs a bit of work. I'm happy to have a bit of a project but don't really want another complete rot box that will take 5 years to build like my caddy did. What sort of money did u get for yours when u sold it if you don't mind me asking?

The brazilian built ones are renowned for not being as good as german built ones.

Got close to 30k for mine, it needed paint etc but no welding.

20k is project money for a rhd now.
