    scirocco 20v

    Got bored with the polo so that's been put on hold and I've got scirocco to fit the agu engine in








    And some lovely wiring bodges

    Mounts pressed in and uj boot arrived

    Timing belt done. 20v belt, ABF tensioner, M10x70 hi tensile stud and 7mm spacer. New pump and thermostat also done



    Belt covery needs trimming a little

    Ace Fixings in penrith. He's ace but hates me going in with a bolt shopping list. all bolts, nuts, washers cost me less than 20.

    Got new nuts, bolts and washers in stainless or high tensile to replace most things as I put the scirocco back together

    Scirocco light loom stripped, cleaned, repaired and re wrapped in tesa loom tape
