    Thanks for the replies!
    That's what I'm hoping to do Simon
    I've got a striaght AN fitting too, guess I'll just have to fit it once it's in the caddy...
    Just doing my head in, having to try parts, then realising they might not fit, and I can't check until I've got the engine in place, and then it'll probably have to come back out, nightmare!

    So this happened today;

    I've been in two minds whether to cut it out, because of rain, fumes, turbo hitting it, where to mount the brake reservoirs etc... So I just cut it out!

    Where the reservoirs will sit;

    And while I was cutting stuff out, removed this;

    Got the engine and box in temporarily;

    Turbo oil return line;

    I was unsure whether the turbo would fit with the new turbo manifold, but all is good!;

    Not much space for the intake though hmmmmm

    Started on the exhaust;

    Very nice. Have been following your turbo mount - unfortunately wouldn't work for me as it would hit my servo etc

    Gearbox came up well!!

    It's the original bracket for the Reservoir, just cut up a little and welded to the body

    oh ok, you bought them as a kit then? i've got 3 similar reservoirs, had the option of a bracket but it was a universal one with loads of holes in it... looked like Swiss cheese! where did you get yours from?

    . No dude, I cut the bracket out of a mk3 golf. Had to bend it a little to get the holes to line up.

    Finally received the custom loom for the MS;

    Also got the clutch and front brake pipes plumbed in;

    Just got the keys to a house, so been busy painting that, and had hardly any free time for the caddy

    so as you can see i havent touched this in so long!
    but this is due to buying a house, moving in, being deployed, and recently getting a puppy!
    The house we bought also has a garage (wasn't going to settle for one without!), so i've been 'kitting' that out, ready for the caddy to go in. its only a standard sized garage, maybe a little longer? but i finally got the caddy back to my house last week, ready to go into the garage, so i can crack on!

    So the latest photo is just of the caddy at its 'new home';

    i also took the caddy to its 'first show and shine'! at Culdrose Air Day, but the weather was pretty terrible;

    still got lots of attention, and spoke to a fair few people

    any how, i hope to have a few updates in the very near future!

    The room isn't too bad in there.
    Now the garage is done, the caddy is in;

    Been a while since I updated on here 

    I've got promotion so was away for the whole of 2017, and 2018 I was training, so didn't really get much done on the caddy!

    But it's getting close to being on the road now! (Not finished though!)

    We got another dog;

    Made a new exhaust:

    Sold the BMW and bought a T5;

    Got a new turbo for the caddy, holset hx30w:

    Saved the best until last;

    I've got Instagram if anyone wants to follow me? It's better updated 

    Just gotta sort the brakes out (sort the bias out), and win the lottery and I'll be able to afford to put it on the road !
