i have a mk1 golf for sale it has had about £8000 spent on it and it is in amazing condition . it started its life in 1981 as a 1.1 gl i think in a lovely cream colour with brown interior !! but the body work was mint so a brilliant start off project 8 grand later and it is a 1.8 16v purple demon . its has had everything you could think of done to . here is list

It sounds awesome, I can't wait to do a MK1 GTi project after I've paid off the wedding, oh and built the wife a Beach Buggy!!!
(the only project I can get her to allow me to do next!!!!)
