power boost valve

yeah, don't know how good they are but i've chipped mine and it feels a lot better, no flatspots and a feww xtra horses

ps theres a power boost valve on e-bay @ the moment;)

What is a power boost valve?

What engine have you chipped?? Which type etc..

what engines yours mine was a 1.8 gti 8v but i got it bord out to a 2.0 liter would the chip still work

you can pretty much get anything with an ecu chipped! haven't a clue how a power boost valve works but would like to know.

I GOT MINE OFF E-BAY FROM A GUY IN LONDON, HE IS FROM BELGIUM AND THEY ARE PRE-MAPPED FOR THE MK11 GTI (POST 88 I THINK. PB CODE) DIGIFANT ENGINE WHICH I HAVE IN MY CADDY. HOWEVER, DON'T. CADDYBOY SEE NO REASON WHY YOU CAN'T GET A CHIP AS WHEN I HAD MY RENAULT 19 16V CAB THEY WERE AVAILABLE. THEY WONT WORK ON K-JET ENGINES. CHQ THE LINK, PS CADDYSPORT NOT SURE BHP YET NOT TOOK IT ON RR

The KR engine is Digifant, which i had heard can't be chipped.

don't agree, i see no reason why you could'nt get it chipped check tsr & venom
