I have recently performed a 1.8 8v swap on my 81 caddy. I have reinstalled all of the stock cis intake and exhaust stuff. but i have run into a problem with the cold start sensor. I have contacted a local vw shop and they quoted me $200 for diagnostic work. But before i commit and go with these guys i was wondering what the pros/cons of carbing are.
