im looking at buying a van for work(being a plumber)& am looking at either a caddy or an inca.i'd love a pick-up but its not very pratical for carrying around tools in.well there very pratical for carrying tools, but not against stopping nasty men stealing them!
so thats why i'l b looking for the caddy/inca style van.
il probley go down the lowering+rims route but nowt to over the top.

in the past iv had golf gti's & golf rallyes, but currently have a ickle polo g40.

so just thought id say hello,i probley wont post on here alot but il b on here reading up on everyone else's projects!

Welcome mate and happy van shopping.

If you would like to fit electric mirrors and windows look out for a Polo Classic car in the scrap yards, Polo with a boot, same doors etc :thumbs_up

If you're going to be putting a lot of tools in the back, don't lower it. The weight of the tools should lower it enough.

Welcome to the forum mate! When you get a Caddy, will you change your login name to caddyowner? That can be arranged I'm sure.

You could easily use the pickup, just build in a bed cover in metal, stop the thieving gits!
